The awards which was held in Seville , Spain last night saw Burna Boy beat other African artiste to clinge the award. The artiste are ; Teni (Nigeria), Nasty ( South Africa), Harmonize (Tanzania) , Toofan (Togo).
The port Harcourt born who rose to prominence in 2012 after releasing the lead single "like to party" signed for Bad habit/ Atlantic Record in the United State in 2017. And in 2019 , he won Best international Act at the 2019 BET Awards. He was also announce as Apple music up next artist. And last night , he added another award to his award iicategory " Best African Act Award" .
