Jürgen Klopp expects to have an unchanged squad at his disposal for Sunday's Premier League clash with Chelsea at Stamford Bridge.
Adam Lallana participated in his ‘first real football session’ when Liverpool trained before departing Rome on Thursday since sustaining a hamstring injury against Crystal Palace on the final day of March.
But the manager does not intend to rush the Englishman’s return.
“How Adam [always] is, he looked good, so that’s OK. I have no idea if we will use that or not, but I have to think about it. I don’t know, but it’s good,” he commented at his pre-match press conference.

The Reds are awaiting further details on the issue Joe Gomez suffered last weekend but the defender is definitely ruled out of the trip to the capital.
Emre Can (back) also remains unavailable.
Klopp told Liverpoolfc.com that no new injuries occurred during Wednesday night’s Champions League clash with AS Roma and rotation is unlikely, noting: “It’s difficult, the whole situation is not too easy.”
If Dejan Lovren features against the Blues it will be his 150th league appearance for Liverpool.

For Chelsea, manager Antonio Conte confirmed that his available options remain the same, too. “No news [on injuries],” said the Italian at his own media briefing.
Marcos Alonso comes back into contention after serving a three-match suspension.
